Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone, destination, the material you want and any notes. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and pictures are served from this site. The enquiry form does not send data to this website: it opens your own email or WhatsApp app with the message prefilled, and nothing is sent until you send it.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details. We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation or business relationship continues, then delete them on request.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services that carry your message: your email provider, ours, and WhatsApp (operated by Meta) if you choose WhatsApp. The website host may keep ordinary server logs.

Enquiry terms

An enquiry is not an order, and a quotation binds us only when we issue it in writing, and it states how long it is valid. Specifications on this site are indicative. Where a laboratory analysis of a batch is supplied, that report is the figure that applies to that batch. Prices exclude taxes and duties unless a quotation says otherwise. Sales are subject to Indian law, to export controls and to sanctions rules.
